Are you blaming yourself, as others often blame the breastfeeding,
even when that's not the case?
From what you describe, it sounds as if you were very respectful, I've
learned a bit from your description of the interactions. I think this
is a mother thing, and they will sort it out if they/she want to.
They have all the tools.
Perhaps mother has a hematoma or something in the episiotomy site. Or
an infection and I hope they look into that.
