I've called school nurses and set up places for teen moms to express at 
school, so they do not become uncomfortable or leak (teen mom focus) or to 
make bottle for baby at home. Same idea as written q.  Teen mom won't ask 
nurse herself :-(
I loved the suggestion about written questions, will steal that idea :-)
