These are symptoms of hypertension, classical migraine and increased intracranial pressure.  Eclampsia should be ruled out - there is a case report of eclampsia after normo-tensive pregnancy in a P5G5 8 weeks after the birth.  If I was this mother, I would want some serious investigations.
