Yep, Cathy Carothers is right: these breasts work very well!
I have a large cup and an AA-cup size. ;o) I prefer the bigger size, as it
is more realistic.
They do indeed come forward a bit when using a pump on them, although not as
much as a real breast.
Many people in the Netherlands know these breasts exist and every once in a
while a colleague orders a number to spread them among colleagues.
I always pull it out of my bad on consultations and they usually cause a
smile and break the ice.
I illustrate different things with it while explaining in words at the same
time.
This way, you don't have to undress yourself ;o) and you don't have to 'use'
mom's breasts either, while explaining.
Very useful investment!
Good luck in finding them; have fun at the store! hahaha

Subject: Alternative to a latex balloon breast
I remember one time someone using one of the breast self exam models but
they are very expensive and don't have quite the right elasticity to be
completely realistic
Then - I attended a conference with Cathy Carouthers as the speaker!
(Cathy if you are out there please fill in and/or correct as needed)
She uses these breast models from what she calls "the naughty store" for
teaching hand expression, and I believe they work with the pump too.
