FYI, this isn't actually the Canadian Medical Association Journal correcting its article.  It is a letter to the editor offering corrections.

This is probably a good time to ensure Lactnet members are aware that Eats on Feets GLOBAL, the Facebook global milk sharing network started by Emma Kwasnica last fall and administered by over 250 volunteers in 125 communities in 50 countries, changed its name to Human Milk 4 Human Babies (HM4HB) Global Network back in March. HM4HB is no longer affiliated with Eats on Feets or the the milk sharing resource guide noted in this letter to the editor.
