Very high mortality rate. Very bad sequelae often. Awesome that this mother survived.
Continue supporting regular breastmilk expression, RPS before hand expressing would work,
or RPS before pumping on very low suction. Contact with infant as much as possible,
STS. Since baby is a premie and started off bottlefeeding, this dyad really really needs good followup.
Possible use of lactation aid or SNS.
