The product you are looking at is by Weleda, and yes you can purchase in the USA.  It is a long time world wide company dealing with herbs, essential oils, and homeopathics. I think you can pick stuff up at Wholefoods. (I have in the past.)  It is made with a variety of infused oils, essential oils, and homeopathics.  As a clinical aromatherapist working with essential oils, I can say the ingredient list looks promising.  I have very limited experience with the product.  Let me know if you get good results using the oil.
