Explaining the WHO Code is probably most relevant during a prenatal discussion. (like Amy West's post)
As far as using the Code to decide which products to use...this could be problematic. Babies need to use whichever nipple works best for them, regardless of whether or not the company is a Code violator. Parents need to know NOT to make choices based on packaging claims, but rather on how their own baby responds to shape and flow. I tell parents to ignore all claims, because they are misleading, often inaccurate, and violate an interantional code of marketing not enforced in the US. (sometimes I omit the part about the code)
