I vote for REFLUX.
Yes, it could be thrush, if it looks like that it should be treated. But
still this baby is refusing to eat. I know reflux can be over-diagnosed, but
some babies really do have it. I would suggest to mother to pursue this with
baby's healthcare provider. This is serious, 3 wks with baby not eating
well, and obviously in pain.
