I sent a brief post to Lactnet a few weeks ago on the Facebook Eats on Feets breastmilk share movement which at the time was gaining rapid support globally. Since then a website has been set up. There are chapters in Australia, Canada, Europe, the US, South America, Asia, and Africa.

I can't say why the FDA is involved, but I'm not surprised that those in government are taking notice. Frankly, if this movement is what it takes for governments to start providing adequate support for human milk banking, I'm all for it.
