I would greatly appreciate your views. I have been asked to plan and
implement a breastfeeding clinic in our area. It will be a level 2 clinic.
As for the staffing I am going to suggest that they have an "experienced"
IBCLC, which to me is someone with at least 5 years of clinical experience.
Do you know if there is a definition of an "Experianced "IBCLC.
