I think mom has a perfect right to refuse milk fortifier for her baby and 
they have to abide by it.

One of the end results of giving milk fortifier is that baby may be 
discharged sooner (better for hospital). Sadly shorter stays drives most 
hospital innovations, not real science.

They could use the enriching process started at Rush in Chicage, of 
cnetrifuging mom's milk and getting some extra cream for calories and add 
vitamins etcas believed to be needed.
