Hi

it is not an article or a research paper, it is a review.  This is
important and has not been in clear in most of the reporting.

As it was published in the BMJ, I think people will be putting some
responses on the BMJ website via the rapid response feature.  Nothing when
I checked a little while ago, but worth checking from time to time.

The link Heather posted is on the website the Department of Health runs
for the public.
there has been information within the National Health Service for PCTs
(Primary Care Trusts, who run local health services) to help PCTs produce
local information.
