Sad contraption.  The nipple shape itself warrants a look, too.  It's a wide base with a long nipple length (similar to Avent, Dr. Browns wide, Playtex Dop-in, or BornFree).  If a mother chose to buy this and use if for a very young baby, chances are the baby would not be able to achieve an appropriate latch in accepting the length and a portion of the base.  Just sayin' -- it wouldn't be my first choice for if a breastfed baby needed a bottle during separation.
