Marianne wonders about s2s after the first hour.
Carol Melcher, a LC in California, reported success with increasing
breastfeeding rates with the S.O.F.T. program that she put in place in at
least 6 hospitals. The goal of the program was for babies to be s2s once a
shift (I think)....and incidentally, breastfeeding rates went up because
babies know what to do when give the chance. Put them in the breastaurant
and they feed!!
