Wanted to share with the list. I have gotten several responses that stated
that the Abbott Breastmilk Storage Bottles are BPA free. The product page I
was finally able to access stated that they are made from polypropylene,
not polycarbonate, as I thought the lady on the feeding line had told me.
So, although not labeled as such, they should be BPA-free and DEHA
(Bis(2-ethylhexyl) adipate) free.
Now on to find out how they compare in price to the 80 ml sterile
collection containers we are now using.
