Shannon, Medihoney is not a prescription-only item. It is bought over the
counter. That is why the website had no mention of prescriptions. Here in
Australia, it is available in health food shops, including by mail order,
and I believe it is also in pharmacies. I guess it is a food, which also
happens to have therapeutic properties.

Pardon my ignorance here, but is Medihoney a prescription-only item?
(I found the manufacturer's website and read about it, but could not tell if
it was a prescription item.)
