Oh, Morgan, Morgan -- you are so optimistic to think this will happen "in
the not too distant future." This has happened already. Pediatricians who
have told mothers they may not breastfeed until they have a negative
HIV/AIDS test after the birth because, by becoming pregnant, they have, by
definition, had "unsafe sex." And, they go on, perhaps the mother thought she
was in a monogamous relationship, but there is no proof the father was.
