What about talking to her ob about providing supplemental progesterone by injection for a few months, stopping before delivery?

Subject: Mom with breast hypoplasia prepares for second baby
Dear Lactnetters
I have come to the sages for the most up to date advice regarding prenatal preparation for a woman who has breast hypoplasia (definite diagnosis). She
worked++ to establish a milk supply, and she used an SNS for the first
worked++ six
months with her first child.
They continue to nurse at 25 months, and there are plans for a second baby.
Mom is realistic that Domperidone/herbs and an SNS may be needed, but would like to optimize her milk supply by doing prenatal prep to maximize mammary tissue growth.
At this point, she is looking at Goat's Rue and alfafa. Safety during pregnancy is paramount.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
