I wasn't able to read the whole story but i had so many questions:
1) Are these first time mothers? or have they breastfeed before
2) How often were the pacifier use mothers breastfeeding compared to the non-pacifier use mothers?
3) Did the mothers who used the pacifiers from the get go experience engorgement more than the mothers who didn't use them in the beginning? 
4) Did these women have 'perfect' nipples and breast? Or was there a mixture of everted, flat, inverted, with post reduction and implantation?
