I actually opted not to use it, as the risks seemed to out weigh the
benefits, at least for me. (No one has ever died from not enough sex right:-)
~~~, no but it does remove one way to be lovingly intimate with a partner,
perhaps unnecessarily if safe, timely-used relief is found. I know there
are differences in women's experiences but I found that with some symptomatic
relief, followed by more regular sexual activity over the past 14 years,
the problem basically went away for me. I know it may come back as I finish
with peri and move into menopause, but at least I know options to manage it
pretty well. Just my thoughts. Also nettles helped and sometimes
Marshmallow root tinctures.
