This article is widely known and distributed across the Net, and is 
constantly cited.  Therefore the poster may be discussing this excellent 
resource, on how to deal with overabundant milk supply.  I've suggested 
it myself, and in all instances, it has been a life saver!  Well, a 
tissue saver.  :-)
