I write for Bactroban ointment 22 g., Nystatin ointment (100,000units) 15 g.
and Betamethasone 0.1% ointment.  I give mom a sterile urine cup and tell
her to put all the contents of the tubes in cup, stir well and use at least
4 x day.  Have been very happy with this version and it is less expensive
than having it compounded.  The chain drugstores say "what?" when asked to
compound.  Useful for candida diaper derm too :-)  Someone on Lactnet just
uses Bactroban ointment with good results too.

We joke about Atlantic City in August, it becomes thrush city
