Dr. James Ochi clipped my 20 month old son's posterior tongue tie. Of course, due to his age, it had to be done outpatient with anesthesia, but I have referred newborns to him as well. I really liked everything about him; his bedside manner, his office and staff, and his "belief" in tongue ties and their impact on people. A few years later I had to go to another (very "popular") pediatric ENT in the area due to insurance changes and a separate issue, and I was not as impressed. Just my two cents.
