Body builders buy human milk as there is a belief it's going to build
muscle mass.

So the ad was saying that real mean don't drink breastmilk, which is for
babies, real men drink Protein Rush.  (As in Real Men Don't Eat Quiche)

I'd love a scanned copy of this ad, if anyone falls across it again!  :-)
