I wish that when I completed a lactation assessment/visit I could populate it on both the mother and the baby's chart without having to rewrite it. Even if I could copy it and then put it on the other chart.
One thing that I love that I have is when I check off what I have taught on one day, when I open a new lactation page for a visit later, the teaching that was done is forwarded to the new page and checked off.
Good luck!!

What"s important in computer charting for LC's in a hospital setting? What do you wish you had?
