Reglan is not primarily an anti-psychotic med. (Metoclopramide)  It is a GI 
stimulant.  Extra pyramidal movement disorders have been reported when 
Reglan was used WITH sertraline or venlafaxime.  I've had a mom who needed 
Reglan to maintain her supply for twins and for a later single birth.  She 
had no side effects at all and used it for over 2 years with the single 
baby!

I think if giving reglan the provider should be sure that mom isn't taking 
any other meds.  Pat in SNJ
