You may be a nervous nana but 1 oz weight gain in 3 days isn't a whole lot and there was a nearly 10% weight loss.  There are scale differences so perhaps another weight in a few days on the same scale would be helpful.  What were his mon/tues stools like, and how many?  Glad she's not sore.  Breast compression is a good idea with this little big guy.  Jack Newman has a good handout on his website because explaining it is not as easy as it sounds. Technique matters.
