Don't know if this will help but I had this problem for years with Comcast. Comcast has a spam system (I can't recall the name) that bounces sources of email with any one of a long list of "sexual" words including ... wait for it ... "breast." Basically the system remembers an email address that sent you what it decided was spam and continues to block it. This played havoc with my mail for years so, while Comcast is still my WiFi provider, I have all my mail go through Gmail which lets me have more control over the spam filter.
Yes, getting a new email address is a pian but it has been worth it.
