I received a notice that I am listed in a class action insurance case.  This pertains to my private practice.  This case evidently involves claims that were submitted by my clients.  The class action suit states that they provided inadequate reimbursement and used flawed databases to determine the reimbursement amount.  
I was curious to know if any other private practice IBCLC received this notice.  It covers a period between 2002 and 2009.
It will be interesting to see if I actually receive something from this - I won't hold my breath.
