I guess my immediate reaction is that 2 units isn't actually very much blood
- not indicative of an out-of-control hemorrhage. However, it would be
helpful to know what the H&H was post-transfusion - if it was still quite
low, then there could have been an incident with the pituitary. Or if she
was quite low to begin with, before the bleed. Do you know what the numbers
were? Sheehan's is pretty rare, could be something else.
