Hi Karen,
My opinion is that if the method is published, and this is, then discussing the method is not a problem. Discussing the individual is another thing entirely. However, discussing complaints process for IBCLCs is again, not a problem. So discuss away on the method, whether it merits a complaint and the complaints process but leave discussion of the individual alone.
