Jennifer,
If you can't get a resolution soon....I would suggest banked milk......the milk banks can overnight the milk.  My moms who use banked milk say it is quite a quick and easy process.  Most likely the baby would drink that in a bottle, cup or from a spoon.  Also suggest the Dad use a peice of the moms clothing (he doesn't have to wear it!) something that has her scent on it to place on his chest or cuddle with the baby.  I am so sad when this happens - separation of moms and babies, denial of the breast.
