Wow, did I just read,

'Their goal is to collect 50,000 containers of formula by April 10th. The
group plans to send nurses to Haiti to act as lactation consultants,'

 in this article? <http://www.nbc15.com/home/headlines/88470567.html>

The 'more information' link took me to this organization:
ReliefTrain<http://www.relieftrain.org/formula.html>which didn't
clarify for me any further what the heck that article was
talking about.
Am I missing something?
