When I teach fingertip/manual expression, I have mom make a fist to 
represent her breast, and I 'express' from her fist, showing her what 
the back pressure and rolling motion feel like, and then show her the 
fingers sliding over the skin in contrast. Then she tries on her breast 
as I demonstrate on my (clothed) one. (Isn't it cool how we LCs have 
built in teaching aids!). If she still doesn't get it, I try my hand 
over hers, all touching with permission of course.

I thought of doing this when a friend freaked out and decided not to bf 
after watching an old bf video where the LC grabbed mom's breast.
