I have permission to post.
I have a mother who has been pumping for two months for premature
multiples. She has a thick yellow crust over both nipples and they
are painful when anything brushes against them. This has been going on
for the last 3 weeks, getting steadily worse. I saw something like
this in a pregnant woman but it was dried up colostrum and came off
easily with warm water. This does not. Any ideas?
