I don't know if you are missing something.  It is very obvious to me that 
these people are thinking with their good ole American hearts and want to 
save babies.  What they really need to do is feed mothers!  I sent my 
comments immediately and encouraged them to contact the major aid orgs 
before proceeding with their plans.  Pat in SNJ
