*Subject:* too much milk

I have a patient that states with her first two children she had pumped 8
ounces of milk on day four. Baby was choking on the abundance of milk but
in 1 month the milk had dried up. She did not supplement with formula. She
did pump some prior to latching baby. The same scenario happened with baby
#2 and she is now 20 weeks pregnant and wants to nurse this baby much longer
and hopes to avoid what happened before. Any thoughts?
