Even with her amazing explanation of fingertip expression, I'm more of a visual learner.  I'm here in my kitchen reading the description and trying to express my breasts - it's been 11 years since I breastfed - glad the rest of the family isn't around.

Any chance of a youtube video coming from Ms. Cotterman?  That would be so great for us verbally-challenged people!
