Wonderful stuff for a breastfeeding mom. Krill oil is a fantastic
anti-inflammatory, excellent source of long chain omega 3 EFAs and
phospholipids. Marine Lipid Concentrate is likely fish oil. If so, it's
fine as well.
Consider sharing with her the documentation that a maternal dose of 6400 IU
vitamin D per day is required to get her infant 400 IU vitamin D via her
milk.
