In answer to Christine's Bussman's question about pasteurized breastmilk. 
Most Human Milk Banks around the world pasteurize  breastmilk with the exception of some Nordic countries.

http://www.latrobe.edu.au/microbiology/table7.html  has a full table of components of breast milk and the effect on different methods of pasteurization on them.

 Fortunately pasteurization does not destroy all immune components in breast milk
 Most of the lyzozyme, lactoferrin, Seceretory IgA and IgG are retained. The growth factors, long chain PU fatty acids and amylase are also stable following pasteurisation.

High temperature short time ( 72 C for 15 seconds) also know as flash heating, destroys the least amount of immune properties.

We see incredible results feeding babies orphaned because of HIV , many of them infected themselves, with pasteurized breast milk. It boosts their immune systems, the related eczema and diahorrea improve almost immediately, they gain weight and thrive.
