I would be thinking reflux, some babies do really have this.
The weight gain sounds appropriate. However the symptoms still sound like
oversupply or maybe just overactive letdown. You might want to revisit that
and ask mom more about what helps and what doesn't.
Has the mom tried something like Pancrease, in case of protein sensitivity?
