This baby can continue to get human milk through her g-tube for years. 
Mom can add solid food when developmentally appropriate, pureed and 
added to the g-tube in small amounts, increasing as the child grows. The 
main nutrients that are needed by around 9-12 months to sustain rapid 
growth are more iron and zinc than are in human milk. That said, there 
have been several cases of children with allergies or malabsorption 
syndromes they could only tolerate human milk, one girl only had human 
milk until well into her teens and thrived. Last I heard, she was in 
university.
