I don't doubt that all protein and fat in breastmilk will be good for the hair, but as far as the hair going curly, I suspect it is all the sugars in the milk that help get that look. I remember quite a lot of girls in school (some 20 years ago) using sugared water for styling their hair in curls and spirals.
But I just wonder... what about the sour milk smell form the hair, if you don't rinse...
