Is not the reason that live immunizations are not good for new moms is
because the baby is theoretically exposed to potentially infectious matter
in the respiratory and oral secretions of the immunized mom? This caution
applies whatever manner the baby is being fed. If the breast milk was not
tested for infectious material that is capable of causing disease, how can
breastfeeding be blamed for this occurrence?
