The minimalist in me likes the idea of everyday, non-specific furniture in
the office, because that's what mothers will go home to, and use pillows,
her purse, a book, or whatever, to make it work for them and model creative
use of available resources.
I know one LC who sometimes has the mother get up and wander the office
while she's nursing, ostensibly to look at the pictures in the room. Once a
mother can get up and move without taking the baby off, she'll most likely
be able to nurse anywhere.
