There is an older book (1995, but maybe there has been a newer version) that fills in some gaps. It is Breastfeeding and the Active Woman by Lillian A. Pfluke. The clothing styles are dated and pictures of pumps aren't current models, but there are gems of imformation that I haven't found elsewhere. For example,1- when nursing in public, look at other people, not at your baby as much as possible as it takes their focus away from what baby is doing. 2- if you generally ride a bike to work and can't transport your pump on it, take nother means of transport on Monday and Friday taking your pump and leaving it at work during the week. One area it covers quite extensively is moms involved in sports, even triathletes. There is a lot on travelling with your baby or pump including times when a mom may have to be away for several days.
While it does pack quite a bit of general info in a little book, I generaly don't suggest it as ones primary source-there are others that offer much more complete info on breastfeeding in general and working, but it might be a helpful adition for moms in more unusual situations.
