Yes - a breast specialist who also knows lactation, that would be a dream.  I remember reading years ago here on Lactnet someone sending a lactating mom to a breast surgeon for a biopsy asking for a radial incision to 'preserve the function' of the breast.  When the mom came back she was having problems getting milk out of her breast from the damage done from the periareolar (can't spell today) incision.  When the referring person called the surgeon back to ask why he didn't use the incision he asked for the surgeon kept commenting that he did what he asked - he 'preserved the function of the breast'.  When he was told but milk was no longer flowing - how was this preserving the function.  The surgeon answered that the breast still looked pretty - you couldn't see the scar!

Really scary!!!
