Sure would, Gavin! Just too many beekeepers (some on this list) who
actively avoid inspection stations.
We in California suffer from having bees brought in from all over the
country each year. Unfortunately, almonds require more bees than we locals
can run. So the reality is that almond growers will push hard for bees to
be brought in, no matter what the biological consequences.
