I would advise this mother to re-lactate, and (other than the usual caveats about milk sharing) I would be comfortable using the premie milk. My understanding is the nutrients are a bit different (like higher sodium, higher protein), *at first*, but human milk is human milk. Volume consumed is more important than the calorie count (which will vary somewhat) of each ounce.
Also, of course, the baby needs to be fully evaluated as to what is going on to make him want to limit his food intake.
